Anikha S J Consultant Psychologist and supervisor
Anikha kumar has done her Msc in Clinical Psychology securing a third rank from Jain University and clinical Hypnotherapy from Ekaa. She uses an eclectic approach to treat the concerns of her clients, as research suggests eclectic approaches have proven to be more effective. Being in the field for over 10 years, passion to heal people which has turned into a vision of catering to anyone and everyone in relation to mental health has been the focus for Anikha. Post treating over 800+ clients ranging from clinical and personality disorders, Anikha has been active in learning and applying different schools of thought. Being a patient listener, which is one of her biggest strengths has proved most effective in treating her clients.
Bhargavi Shet Psychologist
Ms Bhargavi is an enthusiastic believer of Psychology. Her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology has led her practice Counseling with passion and utmost dedication. She is a UGC-NET qualified and her expertise in approaches like NLP, CBT, DBT, Family and Couple Counseling and Grief therapy is skillfully used in the therapy sessions to work with clients.She works closely with Trauma, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues and other concerns.
She believes that everyone’s story deserves to be heard at some point in their lives and therapy is one such place where one re defines life with new perspective.

Shreyasi Agarwal Counselling Psychologist
Shreyasi Agarwal is a Counselling Psychologist who works with individuals aged 2 and above. She supports children, pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, and adults through an eclectic approach that blends REBT, EFT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, art-based methods, and psychodrama. Her work focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship difficulties, women’s health concerns, bullying, and child behavioural issues, among other concerns.
She also conducts psychoeducation workshops and group therapy, creating safe spaces for learning and connection. Proficient in both English and Hindi, Shreyasi works with a wide range of clients and their families.
Alongside her counselling work, she is trained in Behavioural Therapy and provides structured support for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and behavioural needs

Shruti Dubey Clinical Psychologist
Shruti Dubey is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with a P.G. Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Amity University and an M.A. in Psychology from Lucknow University. With over 5 years of experience in reputed mental health institutions, she specializes in psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions for both adults and children.
Her expertise includes behavioural concerns, emotional difficulties, addiction-related issues, and marital counselling. Shruti follows an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Behaviour Modification to design individualized treatment plans.
Passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space, she is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.

Shilpa Mohan Clinical Psychologist
Ms. Shilpa Mohan is a registered Clinical Psychologist (RCI) with 5 years of experience in the field of Clinical Psychology. She holds an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore. Specializing in young and mid-adults, Shilpa helps individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal issues, and self-image concerns. She uses an eclectic and a process-oriented approach rooted in humanistic psychology. She has been selected as a mentor in the Summer Fellowship program under the South Asian American Psychological Association and is a member of the Association of Humanistic Psychology.
Aakrithi Chopda
Counseling Psychologist
Ms. Aakrithi Chopda is a Counselling Psychologist, Mental Health Advocate, and Trainer with experience in academic, community, and corporate settings. She specializes in individual counselling, group interventions, child protection awareness, and psycho-educational workshops. Her client-centered, integrative approach draws from CBT, Emotion-Focused, Humanistic, and Feminist frameworks to create a safe, inclusive space for growth and resilience.
Aakrithi works with preteens, teens adolescents, and young and middle adults in concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, stress, emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and career assessments. She is proficient in English and Hindi, Marwari with limited working proficiency in Kannada and Tamil.
Prachi Agarwal
Psychologist
Ms. Prachi, is a counseling psychologist who uses an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy. Her work reflects a collaborative approach with the client to individualize each therapeutic journey. She caters to client’s individual needs and preferences with an inclination towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Behavior Therapy.
She has extensive training and experience in dealing with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships and addictions, among other concerns. She works with children, adolescents, young adults and middle and old adults.

Aditi Arya
Counseling Psychologist
Ms. Ms. Aditi Arya is a Counseling Psychologist and mindfulness expert, specializing in helping clients manage anxiety, stress and emotional regulation. She is skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), using these techniques to guide both child and adult clients through their challenges and enhance their well-being.
Ms. Aditi also conducts various assessments and screening tools to help clients better understand their concerns, providing a comprehensive approach to mental health. Known for her genuine, empathetic nature, she builds strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering support that is both compassionate and effective.

Ms.Rachna is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, who has been trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). She believes that therapy is a process of understanding areas of concern of an individual in-depth, rekindling lost hope and reviving overall well-being through scientific tools and strategies.
She has worked extensively with adults and adolescents in the areas of interpersonal dynamics, trauma based dysfunction/disorders, de-addiction, habit and impulse control disorders, depression and anxiety.
Shruti Nedungadi

Ms. Shruti Nedungadi is a Psychologist, Mental Health consultant and Corporate trainer with over 8 years of experience across NGO’s, schools and corporates. I work across a number of specializations like individual counselling, career counselling, corporate counselling, leadership training and workshops, corporate sessions, working with children and adults with Special Needs.
My goal is to help people become the best versions of themselves and equip them with the tools for personal, professional and academic growth. I have completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology and am a certified Career Counsellor, and have an IB PYP Certification as well. I have been working with adolescents and adults on various concerns like anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, work stress etc.
