Our Tech-driven solution model and team of mental health experts address the entire gamut of mental health conditions through scientifically proven methods.
Inspiron’s expression- based approach also entails art, dance, music, theatre into therapy. This has been leveraged by more than 2,00,000 people through individual therapy sessions, educational institutions and corporate enterprises.

Priyanka M B
PSYCHOLOGIST
Ms. Priyanka believes that unfulfilled childhood memories and dreams are the driving forces that shape our personality. Based on psychodynamic, behavioural, humanitarian and existential theories, her approach is scientific, yet eclectic. She specializes in treating trauma and abuse, clinical conditions like Depression, Anxiety, and OCD.
As a trainer, she has worked with numerous industry leaders.

Anikha S J
Psychologist
Ms. Anikha’s experience rooted in the psychodynamic approach helps her get to the root of her clients’ concerns, and address various clinical and personality issues. Through her solution-focused sessions, more than 600 people have been able to pick up the tools and learn the techniques they need to get on the road to recovery and healing.
She is also a trainer, mentoring students of psychology at Inspiron.

Fardeen Rafique
Psychologist
Ms.Fardeen Rafique is a counselling psychologist who focuses on helping clients cope with a variety of both short-term and long-term concerns, including trauma and abuse, body image concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, personality conditions, emotional dysregulation, work-related stress and adjustment issues.
She believes that behavioural change comes about with guidance, autonomy and effort towards acknowledging and coping with several life circumstances.
Ms. Fardeen works extensively with clients of all ages, as well as couples and families to support while they navigate through their concerns. The therapeutic approaches that she is inclined towards are CBT, DBT, person-centred therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and certain other evidence-based approaches like Transactional Analysis, & specific psychodynamic approaches.
As the head of the educational vertical, she conducts training programs for students and adolescents to understand and manage their mental health. Among other skills, Ms.Fardeen, is the content developer on various psychological concerns and is a certified mindfulness coach.

Ahmed Asif
Psychologist
Mr.Ahmed is a counselling psychologist who uses an eclectic approach to help clients through his experience in dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Stress, and Sexual Dysfunctions.
Mr. Ahmed’s experience also lies in addressing other conditions such as OCD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Psychosis, and Neurodevelopmental Concerns.
Among other concerns, Mr. Ahmed helps clients deal with relationship/ marriage, and family-related concerns.
As the head and trainer for corporates, he closely works with adults dealing with work related stress, anxiety and time & anger management concerns.

Prachi Agarwal
Psychologist
Ms. Prachi, is a counselling psychologist who uses an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy. She is also the head of Inspiron’s Signature Co-Therapy Program.
She caters to client’s individual needs and preferences with an inclination towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Behavior Therapy.
She has extensive training and experience in dealing with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and addictions, among other concerns.

Aditi Shankar
Psychologist
Ms Aditi Shankar believes in good mental health. Her humanistic and person-centred approach allows her to be non-judgemental and provide unconditional positive regard and a bias free attitude which makes her approachable by all age groups.
She caters to the clients’ individual needs with an inclination towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
Her work experience with a diverse population has helped her adapt to the ever-evolving field of psychology. Her areas of interest include but are not limited to working with Body positivity, Motivation, Anxiety, Stress and Depression.

Sabeera Nowreen
Psychologist
Ms. Sabeera Nowreen’s approach to the practice has helped her understand the mental health concerns and well-being of individuals in different ages and stages of life. Her areas of interest include Anxiety, Stress, Depression among others.
She adopts a person-centered and reflective approach in her sessions, allowing her to navigate through various stages of the individual’s life with a non-judgmental and introspective attitude. She believes in keeping a warm and friendly environment that enables her sessions to be comforting.
She facilitates the therapeutic process by providing for the clients’ unique needs and choosing the most suitable approach to help an individual acquire the skills to function optimally in their lives.

Shivani Dadhwal
Psychologist
Ms. Shivani is a therapist who believes that humans are capable of intentional change, radical acceptance and cultivating meaningful connections.
While her practice remains eclectic, allowing her to work with diverse clients and their unique needs, she draws from a humanistic, intersectional, and affirmative psychotherapy. Her professional interests are understanding the complex narratives and dialogues we create for trauma-informed care.
Her work centers around young adults and adults, helping them work through mental health concerns regarding relationships, academic/work stressors, emotional disturbances, trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders among others.

Rachna Muralidhar
Clinical Psychologist
Ms.Rachna is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, who has been trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She believes that therapy is a process of understanding areas of concern of an individual in-depth, rekindling lost hope and reviving overall well-being through scientific tools and strategies.
She has worked extensively with adults and adolescents in the areas of interpersonal dynamics, trauma based dysfunction/disorders, de-addiction, habit and impulse control disorders, depression and anxiety.
