Established in 2017 as India’s first psychological well-being café, Inspiron introduced the unique concept of ‘Consultation over Coffee’.
As a psychological well-being centre, we are focused on leveraging technology to deliver quality experiential care through a scientific solution-driven model with experts who address the entire gamut of mental health conditions.
Our expression-based approach incorporates art, music, dance, and theatre into therapy. This has been leveraged by more than 1,50,000 people through individual therapy sessions, educational partnerships, and corporate well-being solutions.

Ms. Priyanka believes that unfulfilled childhood memories and dreams are the driving forces that shape our personality. Based on psychodynamic, behavioural, humanitarian and existential theories, her approach is scientific, yet eclectic. She specializes in treating trauma and abuse, clinical conditions like Depression, Anxiety, and OCD.
As a trainer, she has worked with numerous industry leaders.
Anikha S J
Ms. Anikha’s experience rooted in the psychodynamic approach helps her get to the root of her clients’ concerns, and address various clinical and personality issues. Through her solution-focused sessions, more than 600 people have been able to pick up the tools and learn the techniques they need to get on the road to recovery and healing.
She is also a trainer, mentoring students of psychology at Inspiron.
Ms. Sonakshi has developed a reflective approach that empowers clients to reach a deeper understanding of themselves. While using aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, she also leverages the transformative power of human choice, compassion, and connection in healing.
Ms. Fardeen Rafique follows an eclectic approach and has additional training in CBT, behavior therapy, psychodynamic techniques as well as person centered therapy.She also centers her practice around positive psychology. She specializes in relationship counselling, child / adolescent psychology. With further focus on stress, anxiety and anger management.
She is a very good content creator and an expert in developing process and protocols for therapy approaches.
Ms. Sucheta Das is the Head of Operations and heads Inspiron’s signature ‘Co-Therapy Program’. Her aim is to empower individuals in their journey of growth and self-acceptance. Her mentoring programs are focused on helping individuals in the achievement of goals and objectives related to lifestyle, engaging in healthy behaviour, and coping during transitional and crisis situations.
She has conducted several workshops and programs on self-care and lifestyle management and specializes in dealing with trauma, grief, loss and relationship concerns. She is also a certified first responder for suicide prevention.
Mr. Ahmed uses an eclectic approach to help clients through his experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and OCD. He maintains a person-centered approach, emphasising on unconditional positive regard and has a non-judgmental attitude that makes him approachable for adolescents, adults and couples alike.
He is also a trainer for Psychology Interns at Inspiron. He is well versed in developing programs that deal with changes in lifestyle.
