Fardeen follows an eclectic approach and has additional training in CBT, behavior therapy, psychodynamic techniques as well as person centred therapy. She also centres her practice around positive psychology, relationship counselling, and child/adolescent psychology, with a further focus on stress, anxiety and anger management.
Sonakshi has developed a reflective approach that empowers clients to reach a deeper understanding of themselves. While using aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, she also leverages the transformative power of human choice, compassion, and connection in healing.
She also leads the corporate program at Inspiron, developing assets used by psychologists & clients alike.
Shivani works primarily with young adults, dealing with anger and stress management, and adolescents dealing with bullying, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and violence.
She also leads the educational program at Inspiron, working with schools and colleges.
Anikha’s experience, rooted in the psychodynamic approach, helps her get to the root of her clients’ concerns and address various clinical and personality issues. Through her solution-focused sessions, hundreds of people have been able to pick up the tools and learn the techniques they need to get on the road to recovery and healing.
She is also a trainer, mentoring students of psychology at Inspiron.
Priyanka believes that unfulfilled childhood memories and dreams are the driving forces that shape our personality. Based on psychodynamic, behavioural, humanitarian and existential theories, her approach is scientific, yet eclectic. She specializes in treating trauma and abuse, clinical conditions like Depression, Anxiety, and OCD.
She co-founded Inspiron in 2017, and as an entrepreneur and corporate trainer, she has also worked with numerous industry leaders to bring psychological insights into management and business.
