Your journey begins with exploration, typically over the first 1–2 sessions.

In this stage, we work with you to understand:

  • Current concerns and their impact on your life
  • Key life areas: Self, Relationships, Career
  • How genetics, environment, and personality shape your experiences

This is where we begin connecting the dots, how your past influences your present, and how your current patterns shape your future.

Across sessions 3–5, we work together to identify what you want to focus on — whether long-term challenges or immediate concerns.

  • We define clear, achievable goals and begin applying solution-focused techniques to help you gain stability in the present.

This is where you experience the first shifts: less overwhelm, more clarity, and better control over your day-to-day life.

During sessions 6–10, we go deeper to uncover the factors maintaining your current challenges:

  • Childhood experiences
  • Environmental and relationship patterns
  • Personality-driven responses
  • Emotional blocks and unresolved memories

Your therapist integrates evidence-based modalities, including:

  • CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, Inner child work, EMDR, Trauma-informed approaches

The goal is meaningful healing, emotional release, and building lasting patterns of coping and resilience.

Around sessions 10–15, you begin noticing tangible improvements in how you feel, think, and interact — within yourself, your relationships, and your career.

Therapy here becomes a collaborative safe space for refining skills, working through new challenges, and building confidence in handling life independently.

You’re not just resolving problems, you’re learning to navigate them on your own.

After 15+ sessions, we shift into booster or maintenance-based check-ins that evolve with your life. These sessions help you:

  • Maintain progress
  • Revisit strategies when life feels overwhelming
  • Explore new or emerging concerns
  • Stay grounded and emotionally steady

This phase functions as your ongoing mental wellness support flexible, reassuring, and tailored to your evolving needs.
