in psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions for both adults and
children.
Her expertise includes behavioural concerns, emotional difficulties,
addiction-related issues, and marital counselling. Shruti follows an eclectic approach, drawing from
CBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Behaviour Modification to design individualized treatment

Shilpa Mohan is a registered Clinical Psychologist (RCI) with 5 years
of experience in the field of Clinical Psychology. She holds an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from
NIMHANS, Bangalore and a M.Sc. in Counselling & Clinical from Mangalore University. She has also
cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). During her studies, she has served as the President of
Psychology Association (Department of Post- Graduate Studies in Psychology and Research Studies, SDM
College) and has also been awarded as the best-case presenter in Adult
Psychopathology.
Specializing in young and mid-adults, Shilpa helps individuals with anxiety,
stress, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal issues, and self-image concerns. She uses an
eclectic and a process-oriented approach rooted in humanistic psychology.
